How long does shipping take?
Orders are printed and shipped within 48 hours for about 95% of cases2.
This fast turnaround applies to most standard orders. However, larger orders (over 10 items) might take a bit longer, so it's best to allow extra time.
Spreadconnect handles everything in-house—printing, packaging, and shipping—so there are no third-party delays.
How do I cancel an order?
- Log into your Shopify Admin Panel.
- Go to Orders and find the specific order you want to cancel.
- Check the order status:If it’s still marked as “Unfulfilled,” you may be able to cancel it.
- Contact Spreadconnect Support Immediately:Since Spreadconnect handles fulfillment directly, you’ll need to reach out to their support team to request cancellation.You can find their contact info on the Spreadconnect app page.
⚠️ Important Notes
- If the order has already entered production or shipped, cancellation might not be possible.
- Refunds and returns depend on their specific policy, so it’s worth checking that too.
I'm having issues with placing an order.
Design Placement Errors
Some users reported that after updates, products showed a warning like:
“The print area has changed for this product. Please check whether your design’s placement is correct.”
✅ Fix: Go into the product editor and manually re-align your design to the new print area.
App Sync Problems
If your products aren’t syncing correctly between Spreadconnect and Shopify, it might be due to theme compatibility or outdated app versions.
✅ Fix: Make sure you're using the latest version of Spreadconnect and that your Shopify theme is supported.
Checkout or Fulfillment Glitches
Orders might not go through if there’s a misconfiguration in shipping settings, payment gateways, or fulfillment preferences.
✅ Fix: Double-check your Shopify shipping zones, payment setup, and that Spreadconnect is set as your fulfillment service.
Large Orders or Custom Items
Orders with more than 10 items or custom configurations might take longer or trigger errors.

How do I return or replace an order?

- Defective products (e.g., misprints, damaged items)
- Wrong item received
- Significant quality issues
Since items are custom-printed, returns for reasons like buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing are usually not accepted unless the error was on their end.
