How long does shipping take?

Orders are printed and shipped within 48 hours for about 95% of cases2.

This fast turnaround applies to most standard orders. However, larger orders (over 10 items) might take a bit longer, so it's best to allow extra time.

Spreadconnect handles everything in-house—printing, packaging, and shipping—so there are no third-party delays.

How do I cancel an order?

Because our products are made to order, cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. Once production has begun, we're unable to cancel or modify your order.

To request a cancellation, please contact us at detoudetourdesigns.us as soon as possible with your order number. We'll do our best to catch it before it goes into production.

If your order has already entered production, it cannot be cancelled — but if there's an issue with your order upon arrival, please reach out and we'll make it right.

I'm having issues with placing an order. What can I do?

  • Check your payment info — Make sure your billing address matches what's on file with your bank or card provider.
